Born and raised in Los Angeles with over 20 years of experience and a former performer, Roshelle’s always had a dream to develop talent and have her own studio. In 2001, she realized her daughter had talent and embarked on a journey to get her daughter representation and build connections in the industry. Having worked with many acting teachers, photographers, agents, and casting directors, many up and coming models and actors sought her advice on where to begin in the talent industry. Roshelle was always willing to help and soon realized that not only was it a passion of hers to develop talent, but there was a gap in the entertainment industry of talent managers without the gimmicks. Her expertise lies in finding representation, understanding the audition process, brand consultation, and simplifying the important steps to getting started in the industry.
Domonique Brown, Brand Consultant
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Domonique’s life passion is to help others envision their life’s purpose. Starting as an executive assistant for Roshelle Davis, she learned the tips and tricks of industry professionals. Upon graduating from the University of Southern California, she fused her talents of working in marketing and business operations with the entertainment industry. While she currently manages brand and imaging for the clients, her expertise lies in brand consulting where she encourages talent to find their unique voice and leverage all avenues to increase visibility. She believes in today’s world that everyone should create their platform.
